Project Summary

Binayati is a building management system operating in Lebanon. After launching their MVP in the beginning of 2018 and successfully penetrating the market, the founding team decided it was time to give the app a visual facelift.

Challenge

In many cases, a single person will be managing many buildings. Thus, it is important for users to see what building they're active on, anywhere on the app and at all times.

To solve this, we added a header to most pages that reminds users what building they are currently managing, while highlighting important messages such as overdue payments.

Process

After the Binayati Team presented their existing app and shared customer insights that have been collected during their operational time, we got straight to work.

Our scope was only UI, thus our main task was to make the screens look more attractive, while highlighting the most important information on the screen as per customer insights.
